FOOD
Eat things living, or once living - we eat organisms, other species. All kingdoms: plant, animal, fungal and bacteriological. Live closer to the land, food is life. Engage in relationship with Life, acknowledge Death, honor all of it. Eat with gratitude.
AIR
I evangelize about the importance of breath, with attention to our survival: we can go weeks without food, days without water, but only a few minutes without breath. I think its fair to guess that breathing in more air with every breath leads to a healthier body (assuming the air is relatively clean).
Breathing can make you more motivated to reconnect, do it!
FIRE
Watch the sunrise and and sunsets with bare feet in the earth. Getting outside in the sun is a vital part of being you — just as important as eating healthy foods, drinking quality water, breathing fresh air and moving your body. Increase your vigor! Avoid synthetic/toxic sunscreen, build up internal sunscreen, get tan not burn.
It is the celestial Element, the substance of stars and interstellar space.
WATER
Value clean water. Spend days in natural springs, harvest fresh clean water for drinking, bath in rivers and oceans. Immerse in nature and honor Earth medicine that is all around you. Optimize your pureness
